General condition for accepting advert;
1. The publisher reserves the right to revise or reject or cancel any order even after acceptance for publication
2. Special position or request attracts a 25% surcharge
3. Copy date; seven working days
4. Late adverts attract 25% surcharge
5. Advertising agencies should send finished artworks or be held responsible for printing errors in their adverts.
6 Cancellation of orders must be in writing with a minimum of seven days notice. Failure attracts 25% of total cost of adverts as penalty.
7. Credit adverts attracts 25% surcharge
8. Service discounts: 6-10 insertion 5%, 10-20 insertion 10%, 20 and above 15%
9 The Lead Express Newspapers shall be indemnified by advertisers in respect of any claims; costs and expenses arising from any libelous adverts printed for customers of any infringement of copyright , patent or design
