As Nigerians and, especially Imolites are still in the mood of celebration, the Supreme Court of Nigeria has set January 11, 2021 for the hearing of a suit instituted by one of Nigeria’s finest legal luminaries, Philip Umeadi (SAN), against the Imo State governor, Sen Hope Uzodinma.
Mr Philip Umeadi is seeking the court to interprete its earlier judgement concerning the Imo State governorship, which the apex court pronounced Uche Nwosu as the rightful candidate of the APC.
Information reaching The Lead Express indicates that the court is now set to hear the long awaited case for the first time on January 11.
