United Nigeria Airlines gets Air operating certificate

United Nigeria Airlines, owned by the Private Airlines Services Ltd, has been granted an Air Operator Certificate.

Private Airlines Services Limited (PASL) , owner of the United Nigeria Airlines is a wholly owned Nigerian company.

United Nigeria Airlines, was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 at the Corporate Affairs Commission to offer commercial air transportation services under the trade name United Nigeria.

The National Aviation Authority, a body incharge of Aircraft Control and Monitoring in the country granted United Nigeria Airline the Certificate, to allow her offer commercial aircraft transportation services.

This was issued on 1st February 2021 and signed by the Director-General of the NCAA, Capt. Musa Nuhu.

It reads, “This certificate certifies that United Nigeria Airlines Company Limited has been approved to perform commercial air operations, as defined in the attached operations.”

United Nigeria Airlines conducted a demo flight from Lagos to Owerri in January in readiness for her launching. Meanwhile the Airline is undergoing some checks before launching out fully to the public.
