Super Eagles of Nigeria takes on Desert Foxes of Algeria on a friendly match today

The Super Eagles will take vengeance against the Desert Foxes, who last year denied them a shot at Egypt’s fourth African crown.

With nine wins, three draws and eight defeats in 20 previous contests, the Super Eagles have a slight advantage over their North African counterparts.

In the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations semi-finals, the most recent tie between the nations was a 2-1 win for Algeria as they finally won the tournament.

The Super Eagles are officially ranked 29th in the world, their first entry in seven years into the global top 30 while t he North African giants are ranked 35th at present, a position they have held so far for all of 2020.

We could clearly deduce that the Super Eagles have an advantage over the North African giants.

The match today is slated for 7:30 pm African Time. The match will be live on AIT and Supersport.
