Nnamdi Kanu, Leader of The Indigenous People of Biafra has called on the Federal Government to look elsewhere for who replaces Buhari in 2023, stressing that Igbos are not interested in the presidency rather in their quest for the sovereign state of Biafra.
Kanu’s utterance came on the behest of the alleged plans by the APC led Federal Government to zone their 2023 presidential bid to Southeast.
Kanu who spoke through the IPOB’s media and publicity, Emma Powerful made it clear that the sovereignty of Biafra is non-negotiable, adding that Nigeria as a nation is a failure.
Kanu, however, enjoined all Igbo people particularly those who have frequently lost their loved ones in the quest for Biafran independence to remain steadfast adding that God at right time would grant them sovereignty.
He further used the medium to inform all to observe the sit at home on October first and not to celebrate Nigerian Independence.
