Mother’s Inlaw Burial: Uzodinma’s Cabinet Emptied Orlu On Solidarity For Omeogo

Orlu Traditional Rulers,  Ihekweme, Ononuju,  Osuala, Ugwu,  Love Ineh others storm Orlu over Omeogo mother-in-law’s burial.

On Thursday 9th July 2020, was a show of love and solidarity as most of the top government appointees,  including Commissioners,  SA’s, SSA’s, traditional rulers and CampHope families, stormed Umuduru, Akwakuma, Okporo, Orlu LGA of Imo State for the burial of late Mrs. Ezinne Felicia Akuchukwu, the mother-in-law of the Special Adviser to the Governor of Imo State on revenue mobilization and capacity development Hon. High Chief Canice Moore Nwachukwu, Omeogo Na Orlu.

The burial began with a funeral service at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, Abara, Okporo, Orlu LGA by 9 am, after which the interment followed immediately at Late Sir Fidelis Ukwuagu’s compound, Umuduru, Akwakuma, Okporo, Orlu LGA.

She was aged 78 and survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, in-laws, nephews, nieces, and a host of other relatives.

 In his appreciation,  the general overseer of camp hope organization worldwide, High Chief Canice Moore Nwachukwu thanked the governor of Imo state most distinguished Senator Hope Odidika Uzodinma and his deputy Prof Palicid Njoku for their support and their passion in making sure Imo state people is happy. He went further to described Uzodinma to be a man of good heart who according to him  has first-class in human capital development.

“Indeed you are in a journey to rehabilitate, reconstruct, and recovery of Imo state,” he said.

Speaking to his in-laws,  Omeogo na Orlu encouraged them to be united and to love one another, hence their father and mother are no more. He equally seized the opportunity to appreciate those who graced the occasion and prayed that God  Almighty should grant them a safe journey to their destinations.

 Notable government officials who attended the burial include,  Barr. Emeka Agbor  Deputy Chief of staff, Imo State Government,   the Hon.  Commissioner for Gender and Vulnerable Groups, Imo state, lady Nkechinyere  Ugwu, Hon. Commissioner for Foreign / International affairs Dr. Fabian Ihekweme,  Hon.  Commissioner for Commerce and Industry Barr. Kingsley Ononuju,  Commissioner for Lands, Survey and Physical Planning Barrister Enyinna  Onuegbe,   Hon. Commissioner Ministry of Budget, Economic Planning, and Statistics  Dr.  C. C. Osuala,   Hon. Commissioner for Tourism,  Creative Arts and Culture Barr. Doris Akubuo Onyali,  Hon. Commissioner for Housing lady Love Ineh, Chief Azubike, Chairman Chief executive Officer of Nanto Electrical Limited,  Hon. Chief Odionyenma Agugbue,  Special Adviser to the governor of Imo State on Culture and Tourism and a host of others across the state and beyond.
