I’m still in PDP- Ajaelu

A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party and the South East Zonal Cordinator, National PDP Professionals and Business Group (NPPBG),, Chief (Amb) Chuks Ajaelu(KSC, PHF) has debunked  rumors  making  the rounds on  some media platforms  and  traditional media  that he has decamped  from PDP to APC.

Ajaelu who made this revelation during a media chat in Owerri yesterday, has this to say

“I am still a full and  bonafide PDP member and  had at no time registered or made any clandestine move to decamp to any other political party in Nigeria.

I have not been discussing with the APC neither do l have any intention to follow any body to defect to any party.

The Okigwe Zone  Stakeholder  revealed that the pictures flying here and there which emanated from his visit to a former governor of the state from Okigwe  Zone who has his own political will and interest to protect did not  in no way make him his Co- traveller in the defection story .

“My journey into politics has been predicated on integrity, character and loyalty. I cherish and hold the tenets of my ideals sacred “he roared.

Ajaelu expressed his unalloyed support and loyalty to his party and her vision as stipulated in Chapter I section 7 of the 2017 constitution as amended “l am an unrepentant member of the largest party(PDP) in Sub- Saharan Africa “

The NPPBG South East Zonal  Coordinator who hails from the reverred and renowned Ajaelu political dynasty of Amakohia in Ihitte Uboma Local Government seized the opportunity to reassure his political allies , followers , friends and household that he would Continue to champion the course of the party both at the National and  State level  respectively .
