Uzodinma was reacting to the allegation by Okorocha that he only became Governor to demolish his legacy projects.
In a release signed by the Imo State Information Commissioner, Declan Emelumba and made available to Lead, Uzodinma denied demolishing Okorocha’s legacy projects pointing out that Okorocha left only loots as former Governor and not legacy projects as claimed.
Uzodinma in the said release pointed out that Okorocha’s projects are threats to human live hence their demolition to save lives.
As contained in the release, Okorocha’s projects which include Tunnels were marked unfit for use adding that protection of human lives is one of the functions of the Government hence the decision of the Government to that effect.
Okorocha’s special Adviser on Media ,Sam Onwuemedo had last Sunday raised alarm, accusing the Imo State Governor. Senator Hope Uzodinma of demolishing Okorocha’s legacy projects, the Imo International Convention Centre inclusive.
